Does this require you to modify the rear lower valence? Any idea if this hitch will work with the VW eGolf?

Based off of customer feedback the 2015 VW Golf EcoHitch will fit eGolf but we can’t officially confirm it since we have not tested it ourselves because they do not offer the eGolf in our area. Also, the EcoHitch does require a little modification of the rear lower valence in order to get to the receiver.
