ReplyDeleteThanks for your interest! We will send you an email as soon as the EcoHitch is available.
DeleteDo you have a time table for the hitch being ready to order?
ReplyDeleteThe EcoHitch should be ready to order early next week. Stay tuned!
DeleteThis is great news! I have been waiting for your ecohotch since late April. Are you planning any group buys for nasioc or iwsti members?
ReplyDeleteWe are not currently offering any group buys but we do offer free shipping to the lower 48 states to keep cost of the EcoHitch at a minimum.
ReplyDeleteWe are happy to announce the hitch is now available at our online store: http://tinyurl.com/mwnpzwq
1.25 or 2 inch? Which is best for bike rack and for towing a small kayak trailer?
ReplyDeleteThe EcoHitch is available with both 1.25" and 2" receivers. Accessories such as bike racks and kayak trailers are more common in 2" applications. We recommend taking a look at the fitment sizes of the specific accessories you would like to use with the hitch to make a decision on the 1.25" or 2" hitch.
DeleteWhat is the towing capacity of the 2015 WRX?
ReplyDelete2015 Subaru WRX is not rated for towing from the manufacturer. Although EcoHitch for the vehicle is rated for 350lbs tongue weight, 3,500lbs towing weight, towing is at the sole discretion of the vehicle owner. We recommend checking your owner's manual to learn more about the automaker's guidelines for your WRX.
Deletei need to tow a 230 pd dirtbike as long as the 2" receiver matches the single ramp trailer im trying to get i should be good right?.
ReplyDeleteThe 2" receiver fitment of Ecohitch for the 2015 WRX is compatible with towing a
ReplyDeletetrailer. You must keep your trailer’s pulling weight and tongue weight within the
weight limits of the Ecohitch. Although the Ecohitch has a towing capacity, your
vehicle’s towing capacity may be lesser than the given rating of the Ecohitch. We
always recommend that you stay within your vehicle manufacturer's tow ratings.
Towing with EcoHitch is at your own discretion.
